Option A: What is a Reassessment Appointment? A reassessment appointment is a scheduled visit where we measure your progress, review your goals and adjust your care plan if needed, It is different from your regular treatment visit because the focus is on evaluation and planning, not just adjustment. Option B: What is a Reassessment? A reassessment is a progress appointment where we: Measure how much you've improve Identify what still needs work Adjust your care plan if needed Think of it as a checkpoint on a road trip. We pause, and look at the map, and make sure we're heading exactly where you want to go. Involves: Rechecking posture, movement and areas of concern, to see how the body has responded to care so far. Compare the reassessment findings to your initial exam, review your progress toward your goals and make any necessary adjustments to your care plan to keep you moving forward.
