15 Minute Subsequent follow up

Extended 1 - standard follow up

allows time for adjustments plus additional therapies such as soft tissue or exercise review

Localized pain or muscle tension 
patients needing more than a quick adjustments

30- Minute Subsequent Follow up

Extended 11 - Comprehensive Care
 
a longer visit for multi-area, chronic, or more complex presentations requiring multiple treatment approaches.

Persistent or complex conditions 
Multi-area concerns
Appointments combining chiropractic with additional therapies

45-Minute Follow up

If you are an existing patient and unsure whether to choose a 15-, 30, or 45- minute follow-up, booking the longer appointment allows adequate time for assessment and care. Appointment lengths can always be adjusted in future visits based on your needs.

A reassessment  appointment is a scheduled visit where we measure your progress, review your goals and adjust your care plan if needed,

It is different  from your regular treatment visit because the focus is on evaluation and planning, not just adjustment.

What is a Reassessment?

A reassessment is a progress appointment where we:
 Measure how much you've improve
Identify what still needs work
Adjust your care plan if needed

Think of it as a checkpoint on a road trip. We pause, and look at the map, and make sure we're heading exactly where you want to go.

Involves:
Rechecking posture, movement and areas of concern, to see how the body has responded to care so far. Compare the reassessment findings to your initial exam, review your progress toward your goals and make any necessary adjustments  to your care plan to keep you moving forward.
