If this is your first chiropractic appointment, or if you're unsure which appointment length is appropriate, please book an Initial Chiropractic Assessment. If you are an existing patient and unsure whether to choose a 15-, 30, or 45- minute follow-up, booking the longer appointment allows adequate time for assessment and care. Appointment lengths can always be adjusted in future visits based on your needs.
